With over 10 years of experience in corporate sales and more than 13 years serving as a pastor at a Christian church, Nori Terashima has developed a strong passion for both leadership and community. Throughout his career, he has honed his skills in relationship-building, customer service, and team management, all while staying grounded in his faith. As a Christian pastor, Nori has also been deeply involved in pastoral counseling and providing emotional care to those in need, supporting individuals through their personal and spiritual challenges.
